For viewers
How do I watch an event?
Open the event page from the organizer’s site or venue.fan, buy a ticket if required, then go to the watch page at the scheduled start time. You’ll need to be signed in with the same email you used at checkout.
I bought a ticket but can’t access the stream
Sign in with the email used for purchase, then open the event’s watch link again. Check that the event has started and your connection is stable. If it still fails, contact us with your order ID.
How do refunds work?
Refund eligibility depends on the event’s refund policy and timing. Some tickets can be refunded automatically; others need organizer review. Start from your ticket confirmation or contact support with your order ID.
How do I sign in?
Venue.fan uses email codes — no password. Enter your email on the sign-in page, then enter the code we send. Check spam if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
I didn’t get my ticket or login email
Check spam and promotions folders, then try signing in again with the same email. If nothing arrives, contact us and include the email address and event name or order ID.
For organizers
How do I create a ticketed stream?
Create an organizer account, set up your event with title, schedule, and cover, then publish tickets. Share your event link so fans can buy access and watch.
How does live streaming work?
Venue.fan provides professional live streaming infrastructure. From your dashboard you’ll get stream settings for your encoder (such as OBS). Go live from the dashboard when you’re ready; viewers watch on the event page.
When do I get paid?
Ticket revenue is tracked in your finances dashboard. Payouts follow your connected payout setup and schedule — check Finances for balances, history, and status.
Can I embed events on my own site?
Yes. Events support embeds so you can place the player on your website while still selling tickets and using venue.fan for streaming and access control.
How do I get started as an organizer?
Use Get started on venue.fan to tell us about your event, or sign in and open the dashboard to create your first event when you’re ready.
